After looking around for a venue, I found one. However, the people told me they would be willing to take care of this later in the fall so I need to confirm a few things to make sure people will actually come.

The venue will the West Orange Public Library
46 Mt Pleasant Ave
West Orange, New Jersey 07052

We will not be allowed to use the whole library only a side room.

So the pros and cons of the venue

Pros:
We will be given a projector
No venue fee, something about being a non profit organization
Tables/ and Chairs will be provided
Some of the librarians will be providing their own wiis
There are a lot of food places to eat, mostly local business
Free Parking

Cons:
I'm not sure how to be a good TO or how to run the software very effectively
Because they are a non profit, they are unsure of how the pot is going to work out. They just might end up giving something of equal value EX: Visa Gift cards etc.
The room isn't small, but it isn't large either i would say it could hold up to 20-30 or more people on a given day
It's a library so it HAS To be somewhat quite
The time is very limited, something like 9:00 Am to 6:00 Pm
I can't just randomly say that the day that would work best for the community is the day I can chose. The library plans stuff far ahead of time, which is the problem.

So let me know if the venue is worth it.

It's not worth it. The time constraint is too hard to work with, not getting paid in cash blows, and it's impossible for this scene full of immature people to be quiet and respectful towards a venue.
