Tourney bracket randomizing Question

Ahh, tournaments. Can't get enough once you've entered the scene, eh? Though at times, novice tournament organizers (such as myself) have trouble making a sufficient random order, therefore if you guys have any tips to randomize things and/or knowledge of good browser-based/low data DL tourney bracket randomizers?

I can give you the list of names (of entrants of my tourney) if it helps.

Tournaments usually don't have 'random' seeding persay. Seeding can be based on location, crew, or skill level, or a combination of those.

Tio is the main program tournament organizers use to manage all this. You can download it for free here.

This has a pretty user friendly user interface! Even for this local High School tourney I'm hosting this is perfect! Thanks.
