Tournaments coming on July 31st

A recent Smash Bros. post on Facebook as just announced tourney mode coming in an update for July 31st. The post has also claimed that it will come along with new downloadable stages and mii costumes.

What are your thoughts on this? Speculate in the comments.

The question is, Will there be another balance patch? If so, better nerf Diddy Kong. If not, better nerf Diddy Kong anyway.
