You don't have to use the official rules. Just let them decide, it's just for fun and it's not like records are being logged or anything.

Well theres around 300 dollars at stake. So its not just for fun, its an official tournament. Well thats what I want it to be, at least.

The most common arguments for team attack are that it enriches the gameplay and prevents random and frequent projectile spamming.
Ness may have a hard time recovering in Saffron City. And you can kill with dair in any stage...
The arwing isn't the reason Sector Z is banned (to my knowledge anyway). The main reason is because it is too big.
