Within what timeframe?

If it's more than one day, then it'll easily work. One day will be kind of stuffed. It would require that you held multiple events at the same time to save some time.

Also, >>IF<< you have the resources to get more setups/controllers, then I'd try to get them. Having too much is better than too little
