A small Project M tournament scene has started developing in my area, which is awesome, but there is one thing that bums me out about Project M tournament play. Pretty much all the biggest and best Nintendo/Smash Bros. franchises are represented in the typical tournament-legal Project M stages, but there is one glaring omission. The Legend of Zelda.
I really want to get a Zelda stage in our tourney rotation and from what I can tell these are my options:
Mewtwo2000's Temple of Time over Wario Ware Inc.

This one is where I'm leaning right now. I really like the look and design of this stage. The only things making it difficult for me is that A.) It's outdated. It was built for PM2.6. B.) The platforms aren't super visible in play. C.) I really hate erasing all of the PMDT's hard work on the beautiful new Wario Land stage :,(. Still,it is really nice if only it were updated for 3.6...
Dranakar's Temple of Time (PM3.6b) 3DS Model Update
http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=209190
Yet another option. I like that the platforms stand out better, as well as the updated models, but something about the lighting is off. I haven't actually seen this stage in play so I'm not sure great it works in motion either. Dranakar says that it's completely legal for PM3.6b, which I THINK means its legal for 3.6 as well, but I'm not 100% sure on that. Also, I still hate to lose Wario Land, even though Wario Land has NO music that I like aside from Bad Mario.
Lost Woods over Yoshi's Island Brawl
http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=24946
I've never liked Yoshi's Island Brawl. It's a beautiful stage, but something about the layout, main platform, and Shy Guys just really frustrates me. Having 2 Yoshi stages is kind of a bummer as well. Still, it seems to be a staple in most tournaments. This stage might be a cool alternative, but I don't really dig how foggy it is and like I said, I'm still not a fan of the stage, even though it is one our legal counter picks. It's also not updated for PM3.6.
Lost Woods Zone (PM3.6b) by Dranakar over Green Hill Zone
http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=209246
Green Hill Zone is a nice stage that I enjoy playing on a lot. This alternate version of it by Dranakar seems like a neat alternative, but it would be tough to sacrifice Green Hill Zone for the music if nothing else. Sonic music is some of the best in game history and I've got some great remixes in our competitive build that wouldn't match this stage. Also, once again this version was built for 3.6b and I'm not sure if it needs to be updated for 3.6 full.
Sacred Realm (PM3.0) over Battlefield
http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=35428
This is a pretty neat stage. I've never been a big fan of Battlefield skins, but this is obviously one of the better ones out there. One issue with this stage though is the bright, white flash when the stage shifts to another element. That probably wouldn't fly as tournament legal, especially for something as tried and true as Battlefield. It's also been updated for 3.0, but obviously not for 3.6.
Summary:
It's hard to find a quality, tournament legal Zelda stage. What do you guys think? What would be your choice? Are there any others out there that you're aware of? What would you include in YOUR tournament build if you wanted some Zelda representation? Is anyone willing and/or able to update any of these for PM3.6? Are there any non PMDT-made Zelda stages that you would be ok with being included as a counter pick?
I want to hear what you think!
