Tornado height affected by momentum

As it says. Although it was very difficult, you could get full height out of luigi's tornado while recovering, moving downwards and forwards prior to the tornado. IN brawl i noticed that from a standstill on stage I could get full height (an amazing amount), but when recovering it wasn't much, even though i mashed as fast as I did on the stage. I decided that it was due to the downwards momentum I had when recovering, and to test it I double jumped before the tornado, and lo and behold, I got full height out of it. So when you're recovering with luigi, double jump and the at the peak of the jump tornado. 99% of the timeyou won't need the rocket, or even an up B, at all.

Yea, tornado is a definite way to get a full recovery. It almost always works for me when Im trying to get back onto the stage...followed by an up+b if necessary, which isn't very often.
