Spirits are kinda underappreciated in Smash Bros, so I wanted to bring them a little bit back by showcasing what the best spirits in the game are according to my opinion. I'm not super experienced with spirits so I figured I'd post this here in case there's some sort of underground metagame with spirits that I don't know much about.

[Top 10] Smash Ultimate Best Spirits That Are OP

I think that top 10 list can be rather misleading at spots. For starters, while Akuma may be the strongest primary spirit to not have an ability, the lack of support slots can be a rather notable hindrance to his overall viability.
Also, you really can't talk about the best support spirits without bringing up Gold Mario, since that spirit's ability (Super Armor) makes the majority of spirit battles much easier to overcome.
