There seems to be power rankings set by province, which is really neat, but I think one should be organized for the country as a whole.

So I'm asking those of you with a better glimpse of our top Canadian prospects, whom are our best smashers?

It's hard to evaluate precisely due lack of big nationals + travelling issues.

Quebec and Ontario have pretty strong scenes, I've heard BC also has some good players.

Top 10 would probably something like KK, Weon X, RayneX, Unbanned Unknown, Top of QC and then BC players.

There definitely isn't a good measure, although don't count AB out.

Our best didn't drop a set to BC's best last time they played (this summer) (FalseFalco > Blunted respectively)

Diakonos used to be #1 in BC and he is not #1 in Montreal. This tells a lot about the scenes.

Does Manuel actually still play seriously though?

Last I heard he just sort of stuck around because it's fun.

That being said, well yeah, Montreal is OP.

As for Canadian National, there's a decent number of things on the East Coast, but in January, Alberta is hosting melee at Canada Cup with a $1,000 pot bonus.

That's probably about as good a pot bonus as we'll get over here.

Toronto travels more. Vwins, BAM, PKM didn't attend to a single national in 2 years.

It used to be like KK or 522 > Montreal top 5 > Toronto 5-10 > Montreal 5-15 > rest

Toronto plays Montreal quite often, Weon-X had beaten everyone there but yesterday I think he lost to Bam and Vwins, so it's close. KK usually beats them though.
