Toon Link's Aerial Arrow Momentum Shift?!

Hey guys, anyone know how sometimes when you use your arrow in the air and put the control stick a certain way, it completely shifts your momentum into the other way. Anyone have a definite way to do it. Maybe link a video.

b-reversing an arrow is kinda easy but the timing's strict as well.

when you face away from the opponent, hit the joystick towards them and, with a slight delay, press b.

As said, this is a B-reverse.
I'd watch this video to help in learning how to do so.
