I hate this MU... It's soooo frustrating. My good friend is a very solid Falco main, and this is one of my least favorite MUs - not because it's extremely hard (Falco's advantage, but not a huge one), but because it's frustrating.
Just keep a lot of pressure on the Falco, try and play gayer and spammier than he does. It usually works for me. Control the stage, and control the action. Bombs are especially useful for me for constant pressure, same goes for boomerangs. Gimping his kinda crappy recovery whenever you can is a given...
Just camp, camp, spam, and play it boring. Stupid MU... Ratios IMO = 55:45 - 60:40 Falco. Probably 57.5:42.5
