As most of us know, Villager was revealed around in Super Smash Bro's Wii U/3Ds trailer. Here is the video of the trailer:
Now, as you have read the title, I am talking about Tom Nook.
Near the beginning of the trailer, when we see the Villager run off to Smash Bros, he leaves behind his invitation.
Now, some of you may be thinking:
"Okay... so what?"
While some of you may be thinking:
"Oh, I see were you're going with this."
Well! For those of you who thought the second sentence, you're correct! When the Villager runs of, Tom Nook walks by, and he stops and stares at the Invitation, then the trailer continues.
This could be a clue by Nintendo that at some point, they will be revealing Tom Nook as a character.
What do you guys think? Do you think it is a clue, or did Tom Nook only just look at the letter and walked away? Who knows until it happens!
