Physical Sweeper, I'm still puzzled as to why I have to say this since anyone who is rating my team, or anyone elses team for that matter should know what purpose each pokemon serves based on their moveset alone.
Because it tells us how much of a strategy you have planned.

For example, you listed Garchomp as your lead. He suffers from intimidating leads and the often ice carrying pokemon to counter dragon leads. Water pokemon, Hippowdon, Mamoswine, weavile, wtc. All are popular leads because they counter people who try to start the battle with a dragon type.

Skarmory would be a better starter.

To further support this statement...

Skarmory is NOT weak to Ice leads. It can set up Spikes when expecting a switch, and Whirlwind to scout out the opponent's team.

Isn't Fire Blast a special attack? I think you'd have to settle with fire fang if you want a fire type attack onyour Garchomp. Otherwise, I don't see any problems with the moves (but I don't know much about Gallade).

You seem to have a rather large weakness to ghost, as 3 of your pokemon are weak to it, and only skarmory is resistant. Two are also weak to dark, but thats not too big of a problem. Two are weak to electricity, but if you can predict an electric attack, a swap to Electivire would be deadly.

Looks good. Maybe add a special wall? Most of your stuff, with the exclusion of gallade, seems like it would take considerable damage from special attacks. How many hits do you think gallade can take from a sweeper btw? It seems like a good team, but I haven't had a competative battle yet.. 8/10

I don't really know how many hits it can take, it's Hp base stat is only like 68 i think, and the website with the damage calculator that i use is having technical difficulties. This also means that I can't check and see if fire blast does more damage than fire fang, even with adamant nature. So I'll post my results when I can.

After getting majorly '*****' I decided to redo my team. Maybe It's not the answer, and I just need more practice, but where is the harm in making a new team?

Garchomp@ChoiceScarf
Adamant
EV: 252Atk/224Spd/32SpDef
Outrage
Earthquake
Crunch
FireBlast

Physical Sweeper, switch in on electric attacks.

Good, but did you find out whenther or not Fire Fang did more damage?

Azelf@ExpertBelt
Timid
EV: 36Hp/220Spd/252SpAtk
Psychic
Flamethrower
HiddenPowerFighting
NastyPlot

My scheme special sweeper.

Very Good, you managed to catch one with HP Fight?! Or is this still in theory? Because that counters special walls like Blissey very well...along with dark types...

Electivire@ChoiceBand
Adamant
EV: 6Hp/252Atk/252Spd
Thunderpunch
IcePunch
CrossChop
Earthquake

Physical Sweeper, switch in on electric attacks. Might take him out.

Hate it, he owns too much. What an awesome movepool, lol! BoltBeam and Fighting + Ground... What would you consider replacing him with? The only complaint I've hear about these guys (from users) is his dismal defense.

Starmie@Leftovers
Timid
EV: 172Hp/216Spd/120SpAtk
Surf
Thunderbolt
RapidSpin
Recover

Rapid Spinner.

Good. Natural Cure, right?

Skarmory@Leftovers/ShedShell (depends)
Impish
EV: 252Hp/252Def/6SpDef
DrillPeck
Spikes
Roost
Whirlwind

Spiker, Physical Wall.

Good. If you care to use the TM for stealth rocks... I'm doing it fo my skarmory. I think you only have to use the move once (right?), and it hits everything, then does extra to flyers.

Blissey@Leftovers
Bold
Trait: Natural Cure
EV: 148Hp/252Def/4Spd/104SpAtk
Ice Beam
Seismic Toss
Thunder Wave
Softboiled

My special wall, and ghost immune pokemon, even though i only have a 2x weakness to it now.

Ice Beam with no way of raising SpAtt? The EV points will only raise it 26 points in the end, whereas an up-ed stat level would be like plus 100. And why EVs to speed? Blissey is one of the last pokemon to try to outrun anything. Otherwise, good.
Rate to your hearts content. :)plz?
Good. The old SkarmBliss huh? That, along with spikes and a rapid spinner of your own can get pretty annoying if you play a switching game...

I notice now that Electrivire seems to be able to single handedly sweep almost every team if it switches into an electric attack:
Garchomp--Ice Punch
Azlef--Blunt power ThunderPunch with STAB, azlef has bad defense
Electrivire--Lol, first attacker wins with EQ
Starmie--ThunderPunch
Skarmory--Thunderpunch (2HKO, but wth is skarmory gonna do to it? WW is its best hope...)
Blissey--Cross Chop

Dang...I need to get me one of these things...Electrivire is top tier!!!! hahaha. I really don't see why you'd consider taking it out of your team...

Titus put the 4 EVs in Speed so his Blissey could outspeed other Blisseys who don't care about Speed. Whether it's to Seismic Toss a 100 HP-left Blissey or Softboiled before you get Seismic Tossed.

I felt a little uncomfortable without having stoneedge. I was thinking of switching out electivire to resolve this issue, but, he is good so I won't. The damage calculator says that against a skarmory with max Hp and Def, that FireFang does: 91 - 107dmg and that FireBlast does: 159 - 187dmg so FireBlast even with the Adamant nature is more powerful the way I have my Garchomp setup. I chose skarmory because it is one of the things that walls garchomp the best. Plus it has the highest defense out of the common D/P physical walls.

@Wii4Mii 99
Thats right my blissey will be faster now, unless the enemy blissey has 8 EVs in spd.

Oh, gotchya. But your fire attack is for sole use against skarmory? Well, nvm, the other attacks would do more anyway, lol. BTW, how exactly do you calculate damage? I've heard its something to te effect of (Attackers power / Defenders defense) x Moves base power x stab bonus x super effective bonus x etc.... But I dunno exactly.

And I'm assuming you made your blissey with 31 in all stats, so that speed will definitely be over any other non-speed EVed blissey...I do want AR now...dam, yoshi owned me, :laugh: :( How often does blissey on blissey turn up in the metagame?

I think the caculations go like this: (This is the one I use, although sometimes stuff has come up wrong for me)

( ( ( ( ( ( 2 x L / 5 ) + 2 ) x A x P ) / D ) / 50 ) + 2 ) x M x STAB x R / 255

L = Defending Pokemon's Level
A = Attacking Pokemon's Attack stat
P = Attacking Pokemon's attack's Power
D = Defending Pokemon's Defense stat
M = Multipliers (Choice Band, etc.)
STAB = STAB
R = Random Number between 217 and 255 (this is what tells you how much the attack can do to the defending Pokemon. You know how people say, "Oh, that attack will only do 30-40%"? Well, the 30 would be if you put 217 as the #, and the 40 would be if you put 255 as the #. This is just an example, though)

With this, the only thing I've messed up on is the Choice Band multipliers.

There's also damage caculators at some sites.

Well, it goes to show that I'm not lazy. Besides, if something comes up wrong, I can always go to a damage caculator on a website.

One time, I wanted to see how much a Choice Banded Max Attack Weavile Ice Punch did to a Max HP / Defense Tangrowth. It came up wrong. It said it'd only do (I think) around 40 HP damage. :lick: I think I just put in the multiplier from the Choice Band wrong, though.

Thanks for all the info people. Serebii's damage calculator was really vague -_- They didn't divide the equation with parenthesis enough, so stuff got confused...

Lol, i didn't know the defenders level counted against it. Thats very interesting... Maybe thats why those freaking ratata can always do 2 damage, as opposed to one....

I see you're using Chain Chomp. I hate the name for that set by the way.

Swampert and stealth rock was a smart addition to your team. It pairs nicely with Skarmory's spikes and whirlwind.

Your team has come a long way. I can't see anything wrong with it right now but someone else may catch something I'm issing.

I know what you're missing. You forgot to put an "m" in front of "issing".

:laugh:

Anyways...

I'd use Waterfall on Swampert.

That's about it...
