Tips on how to speed up hands?

I've been playing PM for about 9 months now and I've noticed that I have very slow hands compared to other players. Are there any tips/tricks that will help me with hand movement or will I just get faster as I play?

practice more. you get faster at doing things by doing them repeatedly
