Tips for perfect (low) waveblaster?

Thread title says it all. I can consistently get the SH height laser and waveland out of it, but I can only get the laser to come out low enough to hit shorter characters like 1/15 times. Any tips on the timing? Frame data on the input window would be nice too

I don't have frame data or anything, but try doing a bunch of normal (high) blaster wavelands and being conscious of when you press B. Then try some more, but delay your B button press by a tiny amount. Mess around with it and find a timing you can practice.
