Tips for Fox?

Hello everyone, i am new to Smashboards, to start. i have the following question. Fox is one of the characters that i have so many problems using, any tips on how can i use him effectively?

Start with tech and general movement. This forum has lots of useful resources in those areas. Then, watch good foxes and just play the game. He's a character you just have to learn to control through experience and practice.
