Watch Peach Vs. Marth videos on YouTube and imagine yourself as the Peach player, understand how the opponent is reacting to the Peach's choices and what the Peach does in turn to react to their reactions. It gets complicated when you watch high level videos but you'll have to start thinking in layers eventually to become a better player. Highly suggest watching lots of different videos to see what combos work reliably at different percents. Try posting asking about more specific scenarios as they are much easier to address. Asking such a vague question can't usually get you far because most people don't want to sit down and write a maximum length post on the entire Marth Vs. Peach matchup.
