Ok i got a Roxas psa and the file "thumbs.db" where does it go?

Not sure if you're trolling since this has nothing to do with Project M and thumbs.db isn't even related to Smash.
As a serious response, It does what it says, which is store thumbnails. You can delete thumbs.db if you don't want it, and you really have no reason to want to keep it.
