Throwing a Party?

Hey, I've been to plenty of parties but I plan on throwing one this Saturday and have no idea how to prep my house for it. There's going to be alcohol and that sort of stuff so I'm sure I have to hide some certain things so **** doesn't break. How exactly should I prepare for this? I'm not sure this is the best place to ask, since gaming communities tend to not do these sort of things but my parents will be out of town, so things could get pretty hectic.

Important question: Who will be there, and how many people know about this?

Tons of people. Close friends and people I only know the names of. I'm really just getting a ****ton of people for a pretty huge one.

You might want to ask some people you can rely on to help you keep an eye on your place if you're having a ton of people come into your house.

Have you decided what time everyone needs to be leave (How will you get them out)?

Got enough food/drinks?

What's your plan in case a fight occurs (if alcohol is involved, be very careful; you might not know what decisions people will make while consuming liquor. Also, are these people old enough to drink)?

I feel that mental preparation is as important as physical needs. Can you be assertive and not a pushover? Not trying to be mean, just asking.

never been to a secret house party but i would consider the consequences, if they are higher than the amount of fun you would have at the party then its probably not worth it
