THP Replacement Problem

So, I'm trying to find a way to replace thp files in brawl, and all the guides online tell me that I need to find a file called THPConv.exe -- however, it seems to have vanished from the internet, and it appears to be the only way to convert files in this manner. Is there anything that could substitute as a replacement, or a different way to access THPConv? Thanks!
