Thoughts on running Melee on Dolphin emulator for a small tournament?

Hey guys I'm interested in what your opinions are on using a Dolphin emulator for a weekly melee tournament with up to around 25 people?
The adapters would add 7ms about delay to the game but its not noticable.
Thoughts?

25 people are coming to a melee tournament and one doesn't happen to own a gamecube/Wii with a copy of SSBM? Are these contestants qualifyed to Smash?

It could work, but I'm gonna have to agree with @ Toon612Link on this one haha. Might not be the best tournament if run on Dolphin.
