Ive been getting a 3 frame delay for 8 or 9 months since I started playing online.. I would get 2 frames maybe every 100 logins. So it was rare.
But now by doing what it says in that link im consistently getting 2 frames. So i thought I would pass on the info if it might help anyone.

Also I have a friend who plays Street Fighter on GGPO ( pc emulation) online, and he says that this helps reduce his latency so it might work for SSB as well:

LOL. I think I did something of that sort in the latter link, and it never really worked for me.

well the first link is what helped me.... i had the 2nd one on my old hard drive and it didnt seem like it did anything... but it might for some people idk.

I doubt this will help anything, it only allows windows stuff to have a greater priority over other stuff, so as long as you don't have windows update or something running, it's not going to do anything. You shouldn't be downloading updates while playing anyway. Also if your connection doesn't lag when you get that chance 2 frames and you want it , just spoof to 2 frames.

Don't know about the second thing though.
