This is my first time using SmashBoards hoping for some Brawl ex help?

Im not sure if im in the right thread but i need help with Brawl Ex ive been tying to get Pikezers Brawl Pack to work and i have been trying to use Ocarnia and Riivolution and none of them seem to work i'm using a 4GB SD card and im not sure if that affects anything or not but no matter what i try or look up it does not work i figured i could get help from you guys/girls?? If anyone could help that would be appreciated like make a zip file with the XML or codes that make it work would be great!

That I don't have where would i find it?. I have the phantom wings patch and ocarnia won't detect that.
