I don't see the problem, the mod wasn't being serious when he posted that, you probably got the infraction for the double post, not for what you posted in the original message.

Either way, nobody cares, so why not just PM the guy instead of calling him out in front of everyone expecting us to back you up?

A. We don't allow topics about members, ESPECIALLY mods.
B. Mods have a sense of humor.
C. He warned you for spam, not content - ie, you posted a picture and nothing else.

In the future either PM the mod, or post about it in the Forum Disputes.
