This game didnt need another projectile spammer

Title. All a hero really needs to do is spam nuetral B and integrate it into his melee attacks. A glorified samus.

Please stop with the cowardice edge spammers and give us another character that someone can actually be proud of.

We need more characters like little mac, bowser, donkey kong etc things that fight u face to face, man to man. Tired of new characters always being so cheesey makes me not wanna play them.

Yeah Hero does have a projectile that sort of needs to be toned down. A projectile like that can grant you neutral but doesn’t work if you have little MP. My advice would be to parry the move or use a reflector if you know they’re going to use it. The biggest thing with projectile spammers is that they leave themselves open, and learning when they use their projectiles is important as well. If you get a read on this, it’s an easy punish especially if you use a rushdown character, since Hero struggles with bad OOS options and slow aerials. Don’t just rush in and attack aimlessly, since that’ll only help your opponent rack up damage against you with their projectiles.

Again, try not to set high expectations for yourself. There are characters out there who can be played aggressively, but can still be used to spam. A good example includes Wolf with his lasers. Just have to learn how to deal with the projectiles. This thread will probably get locked in the near future.
