So I know that Chun-Li, Yun, and Ken are top tier in Street Fighter III: Third Strike.. but has anyone ever spotted an uberskilled Ryu? I've been using Dudley and Urien but was wondering if I should pick up on Ryu and start using him in tournaments and see if I could work his game effectively into competitions.
