Things you like to do or out of habit in online Team Smash? Roles you normally assume?

I like to be the defender of my randomly-selected teammates. I tend to rush to their sides and follow up their attacks. Playing as my main fighter, Lucina, helps me do this. If my teammates play as projectile users like Link, I'd be on the front-line for them so they can hopefully damage opponents while keeping our damages at minimal levels. If they use heavyweight characters, then I'd rush ahead and help them catch people. That's pretty much it other than looking for combo opportunities. Even though Team Smash probably won't help my mediocre 1v1 skills, I just really like it more than 1v1 For Glory despite having only two minutes to fight per battle.

I play super agressive so I immediately take charge and focus on taking down both opponents
I play a character I can do it all with, like Link
So that way I don't have to worry about the competency level of my teammate LOL
