Things that bug me in SSB

I just need to vent here so put your listening ears on!! I am in no way complaining about the difficulty of the game. To be honest, I feel it should be more difficult.

1. I changed the default controls so that L & LZ are shield and R & RL is to grab. What I am sick of is having to change my controller profile every damn time I back out of the character screen or after I finish a run through and can't change it when you test a new move. They should have it so that a controller profile is designated and made default to a specified mii. Same thing goes for the custom fighters option... It's always off.

2. I just finished a run through with crazy orders and as my main is Lucina I picked her without choosing my custom and as I went to grab her, not pressing B, it went ahead to start the game. Apparently, the ready to fight bar across the screen is clickable -.- I then couldn't go back to change it and only did half as good and also died. Maybe have the bar so it's not covering the lower row of characters, devs!!

3. Wtf is up with these items... Do people actually enjoy playing with hammers, smashes and stupid location luck based one hit crap -.- Especially in classic and crazy orders, it's too easy to get killed and to kill based on where those one hit items pop up. At least give the option to change it or make the item switch universal through ALL game modes excluding Master Orders and Smash Tour as those have special rules.

4. This may just be me but I have a tendency to click buttons unknowingly and it's always the trigger buttons... Which obviously, L backs you out you menus -.-

5. Mr. Game & Watch... Seriously... Seriously??! A move based on a roll which also is a 9 only when it hits me! That one is definitely just me but this goes way back lol

That is my rant and I apologize if this isn't the proper place to have it as I am new. By the way, my name is Echo and I like to party! If any devs monitor this forum please please fix these!! I'll put up with Mr. Game & Watch just fix my first three points lol

Discussion?

I had this problem for a while, then I gave up and got used to the default controls. It's not that hard to adapt if you spend a bit of time on it.

Yeah, it's a bit wacky in this iteration of Smash Bros. Honestly, it gets confusing when I want to choose characters from the bottom row. I always have to make sure that it goes instead of taking me to the match. Honestly I don't get how this was so easily overlooked and how the devs didn't even realize people would easily get confused by this.

There are literally one hit KO items in this game, it's honestly crazy and the modes are all plagued with it. Honestly it ruined most of my experience, and while I could tolerate items in previous games, over here it's just plain "no".

Brb putting this on a T-Shirt. I always put my Gamepad on my lap and boom, my Smash gets messed up.

I wouldn't have a problem if I weren't using the game pad as my hands aren't big enough to comfortably pressed the R & L buttons

When I put down the game pad and it presses the button and backs me out of the customization screen when I'm not ready is what annoys me lol

Exactly!! Whenever I played the previous ssb almost every item is turned off and frequency lowered so it's more based on skill. Can we be friends lol

Another thing, when you get new moves it should let you know which ones have the new moves on the customization screen by their square glowing or exclamation point. Unless you're the type to go back and forth every time you get one.
