Theytah's Build doesn't start anymore

By that, I mean, it starts the Gecko OS page, I click start game and it runs through the code, but after PM starts, it just reverts back to a normal Brawl startup. I've tried everything, even downloading a fresh copy of PM which I extract all of the contents properly to the SD card and I get the same result. Is there a way I can fix this?
