TheSpeedGamers Final Fantasy Marathon for Charity

TheSpeedGamers are a group of people who do gaming marathons. These marathons are broadcasted live online. Many of their marathons benefit various charities, and they've raised thirty thousand dollars in total so far. Tomorrow at 6pm cst they will be starting their 7-day Final Fantasy marathon for ACT Today, an autism group that provides families with the funding needed to treat their autistic children. 100% of the proceeds go to the charity, and they keep nothing for themselves. This thread vanished for a while and now I see it's back. No idea what happened there. . .
Anyways, they've passed their goal of $20,000 and are sitting at $23,000. Their new goal is $50,000. Not sure if they'll make it, but either way the amount they've raised is still pretty remarkable in comparison to their past marathons.

The marathon is over. They raised $50,459.17. This is more than all of their past marathons combined and was a huge success. People will still be able to donate up until July 27th. They will be doing a Mega Man marathon starting on the 14th of next month.
