Theory: Unlockables will be revealed at launch

So I looked over the list of all Brawl veterans who have already been revealed. Only five of them were unlockable in Brawl: Luigi, Marth, Sonic, Toon Link, and Lucario. Sakurai also said during Luigi's reveal that he would have normally revealed Luigi at launch, however it was the Year of Luigi and he should be shown earlier, suggesting that Luigi will be unlockable in SSB4, if no one else on the list is (except maybe Sonic).

It also suggests that Sakurai has some more unlockables up his sleeve that he will reveal on the 3DS Smash launch date, possibly in Brawl style where there are gray question mark boxes for the characters so not to spoil it for people who want to unlock them for themselves. What do you think?

A few weren't revealed until awhile after Brawl's Japanese release, so I think we'll get a few surprise characters like Takamaru and G&W.

I can imagine Megaman, Rosalina, and Greninja being unlockable, anyways. The only vet (that was secret in the games so far) revealed that I can see lose their secretability (doubt that's a real word, but to hell with it) is Marth.
