The Subspace Emmisary?

I haven't installed Project M yet (Hackless), and I'm worried about The Subspace Emmisary. I've made it about halfway through the story, and I'm afraid installing Project M will cause complications with completing the story. Does this happen or will it function like normal? I'd much appreciate some answers.

The Subspace Emmisary is known to be buggy on Project M however this will not effect your current Subspace Emmisary. You can continue playing it, worst comes to worse the game crashes and you have to restart it. I suggest if you're going to play it just play it on normal Brawl. Note that Project M already comes with all characters unlocked.
