Smash Wii U "The Strange File"

So, I wanna download SSB4 mods (now before you go and impale me with a stick, I just want some skins and custom music ok?) and on basically every tutorial there's this link to the "Strange File/Link" now it's posted on mega.nz the point is it doesn't work, atleast for me. It just gives an error. I must say im from Europe but I don't know if this affects it... are there any alternative links for this "Strange File"?
