The Starting Roster Offensive

Ok, so we all know by now about the cover of the smash's equal out to be the starting roster for both SSB64 and SSBM. However, while believing this is true for Brawl is perhaps the most concrete assumption we can make, it doesn't 100% mean that this is the case. So we can't "autofail" all the 50 prophets that come out a day. I'm not really trying to defend the majority of these liars, but I am saying that we can't autofail them for such a reason as this.

Anyway, just thought I'd put my 2 cents in on the issue.

Yeah, I'm going to have to say Boxart =/= starting roster...

My guess is everyone but Snake and Sonic (and Olimar) on the DOJO are the starting roster

That isn't the starting roster anyway. There's an uneven number of characters and it's even less than the number of starting characters in Melee. Also, main characters like Yoshi, DK, and Bowser aren't on there. Why would they make those characters hidden?

It's funny how people think that the starting roster of the final version of the game is going to have less characters than what the demos have had.

sigh... people anyone confirmed before *** release and that is not a 3rd party is a starter.
