The Return of Ms. Pac-Man?

Ever since Pac-Man Party, Namco seemingly jettisoned (what could charitably be called) the Pac-Man continuity. Gone were Pac-Man's Family, Pac-World and any Ghost beyond the original 4. With Nintendo referencing Pac-Land, could we see a return of Ms. Pac-Man, the baby (Pac Jr.?, Baby Pac-Man, I don't know) and Sue the Fifth ghost?

Ribbon or not, Ms. Pac-Man was one of the first female protagonists in a video game, beating out Samus and Lara Croft by miles. Shame to have seen her disappear off the radar.
