NOTICE: A moderator accidentally locked my last one, so I decided to make a new one.
You all need to stop Thread-Condensing. I'll explain what that is below:
Why is Thread-Condensing wrong? Thread Condensation is wrong because it diminishes the effect and the impact of the message that the poster is trying to convey. When you make your own thread, it allows all attention to be focused on your post and/or topic of discussion. When you make a post, you get to control the topic, and your messages have more significance. In a Social forum (or Master-Thread), everything just meshes into one indistinguishable void of nothingness of which holds limited-to-no significance and priority whatsoever. Say that I made a post about a new game-breaking tech for Mewtwo, if I made a thread for it, more people will see it and pay attention to it, furthermore, it will simultaneously be both the primary, and only topic of discussion. I made a post about a game-breaking tech for Kirby (patched), however, moderators deleted my thread and told me to go to the Master-Thread, and it barely received attention at all. Master-Threads are okay for discussing nugatory matters, but it shouldn't be for all matters. A post about a 0-Death combo and it's applications shouldn't be in the same thread as a For Glory rage quit post. It's not that people don't acknowledge the "rules", and it's not that they seek to break them either, it's simply that they understand that some things are important and significant enough to warrant being more than just post 1,850 out of 35,000. A good example of this was a few months back, I made a post regarding the decline in Smash Bros' quality with data collected from over 1,000 people. This thread later got locked, I was recommended to take it to the Social, and then later, the thread was deleted. I also did a post on how to reintroduce Taunt-Parties into Smash 4. That got locked and I was, again, referred to the Smash 4 Social.
The whole point of those threads is for convenience, not constriction. The socials should be an extra option, not the only one.

- Thread-Condensing is where you close somebody's thread and instead refer them to a Master-Thread, thereby condensing their topic into a mere post.
- Master-Threads are central hubs for all types of discussions, also known as Central-Threads, Socials, Generals, etc.
