Ok, the Mods will probably lock this, but here me out.

Now that Brawl is out and we know the iffy roster choices, it would seem that Character support threads are now worthless. But I for one think that the hype train and all of its side effects provided a pleasant distraction as well. Coming up with movesets for our favorite characters was a lot of fun, and while most of them didn't make it in, that shouldn't stop us from imagining what it would've been like if they had.

In the weeks before Brawl, these boards got THOUSANDS of new members, and while most of them were trolls, everybody wanted to put in their 2 cents about who should be in Brawl. I decided to create this thread so people could still have a creative outlet for talking about who they wanted in Brawl, though they didn't get in.

I am by no means saying that the hype was even remotely as fun as this game is going to be, despite the Landmasters. But I'm sure there are people who still want to talk about hypothetical characters, and here's where you can do it. Heck, if the doubtful Smash 4 ever comes out 20 years from now, here's where you can start speculating.

The Rules
1. NO FLAMING! It was understandable (sort of) to flame people for wanting no chance characters before the game was released, but no-chance characters is the entire point of this thread. Constant argument was the one thing that made pre-game speculation unpleasant. If you don't like this thread then you don't have to post here. I will periodically check up on this thread, and if I catch anybody blatantly being a jerk, I will report the post.

And that's it, if you choose a really obscure character, provide some background and maybe a picture if at all possible. Post hypothetical stages or items if you want to.

And Mods, I can understand why you would lock this, but please don't. i think character support is still ok as long as it is all contained to one thread.

Have fun!

I'm just bumping it off, it got knocked off the front page after ten minutes because of all the needless "Everybody is dissapointed"/ "Why is everybody dissapointed?" threads...
