Well as it looks i'm the only Viewtiful joe fan left in the entire world x-x, But if there are others, I DO WELCOME YOU! D:.. Anyways i really want to support viewitful joe being in brawl, It's not even a joke to consider him NOT to be in it,Here are some concepts he would be pefect in.

FMA(FINAL SMASH ATTACK): is it really that hard to think of it??..
The Ability to Slow down time and take advantage of your enemies while you are moving at regular speed,I mean that would actually be pretty usefull >_>.

BASIC ATTACKS:Well not to get to specific but really it's not that hard to think of what his moves could be. His fighting style is so perfect for brawl, In the Viewtiful Joe Gameplay there were two attack buttons "KICKING & PUNCHING" you could use them to the greatest advantage as if creating your own style in some sence- But for his WEAK and STRONG attacks wouldn't be that hard to really set up all of the basic things in VIEWTIFUL JOE we're basically alot to related to the SMASHBROS series.

AS YOU KNOW: Well i'm going to say who ever knows about VIEWTIFUL JOE had owned a GAMECUBE, He was a very popular title at the time the gameplay was simple and good it added alot of features most people enjoyed (SLOWING DOWN TIME,SPEEDING IT UP,RECORDING) All of thoes techniques are what made VIEWTIFUL JOE-.. "Joe", But after awhile a few more sequals were made untill the company who had DEVELOPED(CLOVER STUDIOS) the Viewtiful Joe series had died off and withered a bit, then they came back with OKAMI, But really CAPCOM Owns the Character, But this also brings the Relation of MEGAMAN-(You all know where to go to discuss about MEGAMAN) But anyways He is so Greatly fitted for SUPERSMASHBROSBRAWL, And i'm guessing if Megaman Doesn't make it Viewtiful joe will not make it either so we can all hope for the best.

So what do you think about Viewtiful Joe being in SUPERSMASHBROSBRAWL?

Well, the odds of Joe outprioritizing Megaman , Phoenix Wright, and Bomberman is slim. I mean, they're probably the last candidates for third party characters.
