You can't count them in general, even Chao has more chance than Toejam and Earl because he is a Sonic character lol.

Mr. Game and Watch = Retro, Revolutionary character, First Party.
Kirby = Created by Sakurai, First Party.
Toejam and Earl = Third Party Losers, get over yourself, they don't have a chance.

All this uncool aggression is really getting me down.
Why hate on Toejam and Earl? Their two of the baddest dudes to ever rocket down to this crazy blue marble.
Being cool is what it's all about, and no one shows that better than TJ and Big Earl.
Sure their chances are nil but that's no reason not to dig on what their moves might be.
They'd have to fight together with some combination gold chain/belly flops attacks... and of course they'd lay down the funky moves
