I know there has been a thread about this already. But there were only 4 replies and its closed. So here we go!
Common Arguements and Questions
He would only shoot Pac-dots!
No this is wrong. In the Pacman World games, he had a variety of attacks including the Charge Rev Roll, roll attack, and the Butt-bounce.
He also used backflip kicks and punches in those games.
Has he ever been on a Nintendo console?
Yes he has. He had many of his games on DS, Gameboy, Gamecube and more. But the thing that really increases his chances is that he appeared with Miss Pacman, Blinky, and Mametchi in Mariokart Arcade GP and Mariokart Arcade GP 2.
Is he really that important?
Yes. He is the official mascot of Namco and has appeared way before Mario and DK. If you ask someone that doesen't know anything about videogames (like an old man) he will know who Mario is and most likely Pacman!
His only games were only those maze games!
Apart that that was his main game, he has appeared in Spinoffs and in adventure games of his own.

Smash>-Rev roll-Runs super fast without moving from his spot. Release the button to shoot him forward rolling. The more you charge the faster he rolls. You can make himm turn while rolling-***
Smash^-Pac-dot machine-He starts flying eating Pac-dots on the way. Works just like Diddy's Jetpack-***
Smashv-Ring attack-A big pink ring appears around him on the floor around him. Then press any button to tighten the ring. If a foe is in it when you close then he gets hurt-****
Dash attack-Roll-**
Final Smash-Pac-pellet-He becomes 8-bit Pacman (the yellow ball with eyes and mouth) and gets a Pac-pellet (the big Pac-dot that gives him the ability to eat the ghosts in his games). He can fly around the stage like as if the stage was his maze. Then all foes turn blue and he can eat them! When they are eaten they reappear in the center of the stage-******
Intro-His appearance in his maze games. A yellow ball appears and then an eye on it and then his mouth.
Taunt 1-Eats a fruit
