1. he's been deconfirmed as an item already
2. resizing would be a bigger problem with him than others because he has appeared in a smash game as small
3. in past games he was an item that all it was was a worthless doosh that when you picked it up, it wiggles in pain, then you through it and it bounced, and continued walking.
