Okay first off alot of people are going to say he can't be in but sakurai only said anime characters can't be in not cereal mascots and he has good chances it is sakurai's favorite cereal.
Bio: Captain Horatio Magellan Figaro Crunch (born "Horshak Khrunč II") is, without a doubt, the most feared pirate in all of naval history. Sometimes confused with other noted buccaneers such as , Benny the Tulip, John Draper, McFall and Mark Twain, this is due mostly to these lesser swashbucklers taking credit for Crunch's exploits that were overheard in many a dockside whorehouse.
He is a known terror to all Seven Seas, most of the oceans, a few rivers, and even a couple of log flume rides. Skilled in the use of both cutlass and pistol, as well as breakfast cereal, few privateers would even think to tangle with the Captain of the S.S. Guppy these days, especially after Crunch's last rival, Jean LaFoote, was marooned on a Soggie infested island with pistol, powder and only one shot.
Contrary to popular belief, Cap'n Crunch is not a real captain, but actually one rank lower, at Cap'n, which should be pronounced /kapmmm/
Now for a moveset:
A: Punch
AAA: Punch, punch kick
forward tilt: hits you with a captain crunch cereal box (Like game and watch's forward tilt)
down tilt: downwards kick
up tilt: throws a few piece of captain crunch above his head.
Forward smash: Bites you head off then pees on it
down smash: Takes out a treasure chest and hits it downwards
Up smash: Hits you with captain crunch comics (They actually existed)
standard special: pulls out a bowl of captain crunch and throws it like link boomerang. can be charged and it semi spikes
down special: Pulls out a treasure chest and does a spin with it
forward special: Throws captain crunch at opponents. It has a chance to rot the opponents teeth.
up special: A propeller comes out of his hat allowing him to fly upwards.
Neutral air: sex kick
Forward air: Knee
Down air: Pulls out captain crunch box and aims it towards the ground like ICs dair
Up air: Moves up in the air a bit and hits you with his hat
Back air: Pulls out his pistol and pistol whips you
taunts: Takes off hat and bows, eats some captain crunch, pulls out a TV showing a captain crunch ad.
Final smash: His boat comes and cereal comes pouring out of the front, the boat does massive damage if it hits. If used at the same time as captain falcons it becomes falcon crunch.
