Norcal Melee Presents, "The Next Episode", a premiere Melee national tournament. This event includes 175 competitors and features the likes of Hax, SFAT, PewPewU, Shroomed, S2J, Westballz, and many more! This tournament is special as Twitch has generously flown out VGBootcamp, recently sponsored by Smashboards, to the event in order to stream! VGBootcamp released a trailer for the tournament, which can be viewed below. Super Smash Brothers Melee, with this event breaking over 100 entrants, is now well on track to break the 2007 record for most Melee tournaments with over 100 entrants in a year.
The tournament will use Round Robin pools that will seed a 32 person double elimination bracket. Doubles will run with just a straight double elimination bracket.
