Leon S. Kennedy, probably Capcom's most preferred character, should have a big spot for SSB4. The reason is is not because he is cool or fast, but he is a competent fighter as well. He, like Mega Man and Rosalina, is a highly requested character among many fans. He is a character that could beat most, if not all, characters.

He would have a good, fast, powerful moveset that may potentially defeat all other characters. His special moves would include:

Neutral Special - Handcannon (S&W500); Leon will charge the Handcannon, causing, at most, 35% Damage.
Side Special - Rocket Launcher; Leon would send an RPG-7 round at an opponent, causing 15% Damage.
Down Special - Suplex; Leon would grab the opponent and suplex them, causing 20% Damage.
Up Special - Flying Kick; Leon would propel himself into a flying kick. Causes 13% Damage.
Final Smash - Infinite Launcher; Leon will shoot an array of RPG-7 rounds, moving freely. Can KO.
