The guitar part of the Ice Climber song rocks my soul to the core.

If we only we got more guitar in some of the arrangements. One of my favorite new songs by far.

Let's hope that when they finally show Falcon, his stage follows what F-Zero X was all about (rock) and that it has a wailing guitar solo befitting of it.

I was already excited that IC were getting a stage that was better than Melee's Icicle Mountain (it was fun the first few times, but it got old quick for me).

But the music has me even more jazzed up for it.

I hope we get a few more retro-franchise themed stages, even if its for character who aren't playable.

Yeah, the IC music was suprisingly badass. Can only hope for more. Apparently there is going to be a HUGE amount of music in the game. Heres hoping for a hardcore pokemon battle them.

The Ice Climbers are my favorites in the game, and honestly I was extremely disappointed by this version of their theme. The one in Melee was very catchy, with the polar/Inuit sounds and everything in the background.

This, on the other hand, was all over the place... It goes from what sounds like a phone conversation of a preteen girl to a rock solo, which is then interrupted for a BREAKING NEWS REPORT. Very hard to follow and no where near as listenable as Melee's.

What I'm curious about, though, is what other music we'll have the option of hearing in The Summit. Since Ice Climber only has a few little sound snippets I thought this time they might divide them into at least two themes, with the Balloon Fighter song as a third choice once again. I guess The Summit will be host to a lot of songs from retro games.
