Basically you come up with some word that is not even in the dictionary or even not in slang. Come up with your own words and then the next poster makes a definition on the wordand that same person makes up another word. Let me give you an example:

User Y: German for House of Poo

Drubbed

User Z: Death by Drowning in Alchohol

Jackshiji...

And so on and so forth...
