I know we will not be able to play brawl through the wii on May 20th, but what about brawl on the wii u? I've been told that that will close too :( Can someone clarify how since it's through the wii u?

Playing Wii on the Wii U (vWii) is the same as playing on the Wii. The servers that are used are the same.
