Well, hello fellow SmashBoarders! I am here to tell you all the minute differences in Snake's taunts (you know... just in case someone out there cares). I have already searched around a bit to see if this was already done, but I did not see any posts regarding his taunts..
Alright.
Up Taunt
Using this taunt appears to allow Snake to withdraw into his box the fastest.
Side Taunt
Snake enters his box, one hand on the floor and the other on the box. Seems to be the slowest of all three taunts.
Down Taunt
He enters his box two-handedly at normal speed.
Well, there's my analysis. I guess the only strategic thing you can retrieve from this is that you can Up Taunt to spam boxes faster.
Hmm... now that I think of it, I haven't checked if there are any differences in damage, exit time, or knockback.
