Thread title is also super misleading. There's no debate to be had, you just want more characters.

I know The Project M Dev team isn't planning to put in any newcomers from Smash 4 (Which I am probably going to be pissed about if those leaks are true and we end up getting Knuckles in *grumble* *grumble*),

It's fine to have fun and play with the idea of new characters, but...why are you complaining about this as if it's an option? As if they're not adding them just because they don't feel like it? They're sticking potential new characters to those that were already somehow featured in vBrawl (trophies mostly) because it's the safest way to avoid copyright suicide.

And even if that were the case - no copyright stuff and they just couldn't bother...they'd have more than earned the right to not endeavor on such a big project, after producing years of free content. There aren't even enough slots in the game available to accommodate all the S4 newcomers, and picking some over others is asking for trouble. It'd be better to just avoid that mess entirely, even in that copyright-free scenario.

You can press report on the OP post to contact them for deletion. And to be fair, the "salty" responses were pretty mild and aimed at reasoning things out (compared to the your flamebait)
