Hello everyone! I wanted to find out if we could find or make a character that is both balanced and stable enough to fit in with the other fighters of Project M.
This means the character must:
1. Have A completely original moveset that can be translated well with the other competitive movesets made by the OFFICIAL Project M Team.
2. Cannot be a different moveset for an existing fighter. (Example: There is (Hypothetically) a very good Ganondorf moveset that makes him use his sword. The moves are all well made and are balanced with all the other fighters out there in Project M. However that PSA is invalid since A: Gannondorf is an existing fighter in the game and B: The Dev team can easily give him a moveset akin to the sword mod. However there is a mod that changes Pit to be Waluigi or Add in Waluigi to the game. This is valid because A: Waluigi is not available as a playable fighter and B: Waluigi has different hit-boxes, hurt-boxes, model, weight, etc.)
3. CANNOT BE BOTH A PSA AND A COSTUME FOR A CHARICTER. This means that if a PSA uploaded to be installed without any other costumes or things like that with it, then its not a valid canidate.
Other than that, there must be some effort put into your case on "Goku is Tourney worthy because of these facts". Not only will this bring happiness to the original maker, but it will also ensure that the character will likely be used for tournaments or other events .
